**Classes are subject to change

Each class is designed to help you feel better in your body. Yoga builds confidence in yourself, it helps train your mind how to concentrate, and detoxes your organs. Yoga is great for gaining flexibility, toning your muscles, and preventing joint breakdown.

Hatha is a series of 26 poses with 2 breathing exercises. This is a great class for beginners and if you love routine. It is easy to track progress and build on each posture.

Flow allows the instructor to tune in and flow with life’s natural rhythm. This is a well rounded class. Great for all levels.

Vinyasa is pairing breath with movement. If you want cardio this is your class.

Yin is a restorative, slow paced class. Postures are held for longer periods of time. Designed to get into the deep connective tissue.

Gentle Flow is great for new students or if you want a more relaxed class. We start and end with meditation and we focus on moving slow and feeling the posture.

Sculpt is yoga with weights. We provide the weights but you are welcome to bring your own. This is a fun high energy class. It is designed to sculpt your body and kick your booty.

Yoga Fusion is a dynamic class. Merging Kundalini and flow yoga. You can expect to learn breath work, postures, meditation, and ways to focus a busy mind.

Each class is 60 minutes long.

Bring a water and a mat. You can always use one of our mats if needed. Pick a class and pre register on the Mind Body app or come 5 minutes early and tell us you are a new student, we will take care of the rest.. Hatha and Slow Flow are the best if you are new to yoga. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are here to help, and look forward to seeing you.
