Each class is designed to help you feel better in your body. Yoga builds confidence in yourself, it helps train your mind how to concentrate, and detoxes your organs. Yoga is great for gaining flexibility, toning your muscles, and preventing joint breakdown.

Hatha is a series of poses and breathing exercises. This is a great class for beginners. It is all about routine and structure. Every class is the same so you know what to expect and can track your progress quickly.

Flow is a class designed with a little bit of everything. It allows the instructor to tune in and flow with life’s natural rhythm. This is a well rounded class offering the best of both worlds.

Vinyasa is pairing breath with movement. It consists of steady movements, variations of poses, and always something new to look forward to.

Sculpt is yoga with weights. This class is meant to tone your major muscle groups. It is a fun energetic class with the intention of getting you fit.

Yin is a restorative slow paced class. Postures are held for longer periods of time. Designed to get into the deep connective tissue.

Each class is 60 minutes long

Bring a water and a mat. You can always use one of our mats if needed. Pick a class and come 5-10 minutes early to register. Hatha and Flow are the best if you are new to yoga. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are here to help, and look forward to seeing you.
