Each class is designed to help you feel better in your body. Yoga builds confidence in yourself, it helps train your mind how to concentrate, and detoxes your organs. Yoga is great for gaining flexibility, toning your muscles, and preventing joint breakdown.

Hatha is a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. This is a great class for beginners.  


Flow allows the instructor to tune in and flow with life’s natural rhythm. This is a well rounded class.


Vinyasa is pairing breath with movement. Sun Salute A & B, up dog, down dog, chaturanga series.


Yin is a restorative, slow paced class. Postures are held for longer periods of time. Designed to get into the deep connective tissue.


Sculpt is yoga with weights. This class is meant to tone you. It is a fun energetic class.


Slow Flow starting and ending with meditation, slow movements to get that deep stretch your body desires.                                                                                                 

 

Chair Yoga takes the pressure off the joints. Great for stability, stretching and toning.

Each class is 60 minutes long.

Bring a water and a mat. You can always use one of our mats if needed. Pick a class and pre register or come 5-10 minutes early. Hatha and Flow are the best if you are new to yoga. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are here to help, and look forward to seeing you.
